problem with installation in Polaroid tablette

I want to install easy banking BNP to my android from Google play .
When the application ask to login for the first time it is just stop working

Can you uninstall the app and try once again ?

If it always fails, may be can you try this one, even if it's in french ?
In my opinion, this one is more reliable. I often use it and it's working without any problem.

I did the uninstall many times it is not working
.the other app it is not compatible with my tablette.I also speak French but very good

Hey, I suggest you send an email to BNP support, and ask for the .APK.
You will then be able to install the app simply by clicking on the APK (after you allowed installation of apps from unknown sources).

That is very good idea I will try to find if they have support email.I m already allowing unknown sources.I have also disactivate the antivirus but that was not the problem....thank you :grin:

May be it's just a customer option to subscribe before use the app.

I have already made a contract with the bank because they anked to so as to use easy banking.But this I did yesterday.Today I finally called them and as I understood the problem is that I have 4.2.1 android version and they need 4.3.1...after that the operator said that will send me same setting but they never came.In conclusion I have to call them back..:wacko:
I will also try to install 4.3.1 but I m. Not sure that is possible...thanks to all
