Probleme d MAJ HTC one M7

Bonjour,

J'ai tenté plusieurs fois de d'installer des rom sur mon HTC en suivant diverse tuto ça ne fonctionne pas.

Voilà, j’étais sous android 4.4.2 et la maj échouait, j'ai donc décidé d'installer la rom de tacon manuel:

J'ai essayé avec fastboot, j'ai cette erreur
