Welcome to iLancaster – the Lancaster University mobile application.iLancaster provides a wide range of Lancaster University services, resources and information at your fingertips…whenever you want them, from wherever you are.
Features include:
* Answers - access a mobile version of LancasterAnswers to get answers to your Lancaster IT and student services questions.
* Bus timetable (Lancashire & Cumbria Services) – locate the nearest bus stop to your location or the stop of your choice, and see when the next bus is due.
* Finance – check the status of your Lancaster University finance account.
* Laundry Rooms - check the availability of washers and dryers in the laundry rooms across campus.
* Library and OneSearch – search the library catalogue, view your library loans and the status of your library account, and make reservations and renewals.
* Locations – find and locate rooms, buildings and other locations on a campus map.
* News and Events – opt in to news feeds to access the latest information from Lancaster University services and groups.
* PC Availability – find the nearest available PC in open access PC labs across campus.
* Pocket Guide – information about Lancaster University services and facilities.
* Sports Centre - manage and view your Sports Centre bookings, and see the availability of sports facilities and activities.
* Staff Directory – search the Lancaster University directory for staff email addresses and telephone numbers.
* Survey – access to current iLancaster or University surveys (only visible when surveys available).
* Timetable – view your personal course timetable.
Please note:
When registering as a user with your Lancaster username and password – please select the ‘Student/Staff’ login option, rather than the ‘Guest’ one.
When launching the app for the first time, please be connected to WiFi as it downloads the campus maps and other information.
iLancaster will have ongoing support, and will continue to develop in response to students’ needs.
iLancaster has been produced by Lancaster University using the campusM Mobile Platform. When registering and using iLancaster, your credentials are passed directly to Lancaster University and not shared with any third party.
