If your phone has inbuilt storage, the default backup location will probably be the internal storage card and not the external.
This is because the phone reports the storage that way.
If you intend to do a factory reset on the phone, please make sure default backup folder is in your external SD card before doing it. If not, please copy the entire backup folder ("SmsContactsBackup" by default)to your external SD card

Comment ? J'ai fait un backup puis remise à zéro du téléphone. J'ai réinstallé cette appli mais maintenant comment puis je restaurer mes sms ??

Too bad Big data SMS restore doesn't work When I tried too restore my +3000 SMS on my Galaxy S2, I had an infinite wait for loading data. It seems that it can't restore more than +-500 SMS at once.

pour ne rien perdre Impeccable, sms , contactes et log , idéal pour sauvegarder avant un reset ! Avec possibilité d'enregister sur carte mémoire ou/et d'envoyer par mail. Merci

M as sauve la vie!! Bravo. M a sauve d un mauvais restore de fast backup. Ce programme est bien meilleur.

problème restauration des sms La restauration des sms ne fonctionne pas! c'est donc inutile!!!!

Bien Très bien, testé sur LG Optimus One et Nexus S. Tout fonctionne sauf les sms ces un peu long.
