While Elder Sign: Omens brilliantly conveys the spirit of the Elder Sign dice game, a few noteworthy differences were adopted to optimize the mobile play experience:
-A limited number of available Ancient Ones streamlines the game play experience while offering adjustable levels of difficulty. Face Yig in normal mode, Azathoth or Tsathoggua in hard mode, or Cthulhu or Ithaqua in very hard mode (in-app purchases required to face Cthulhu and Ithaqua).
-A number of subtle changes increase the peril of defending humanity. For example, the random negative effects drawn every midnight are more challenging, and the frequency of “no effect” results has been decreased. Monsters have likewise been altered to make them more difficult.
-Finally, there are no Ally cards in Elder Sign: Omens, which further streamlines play while increasing the overall challenge.

Jeu bien sympa Même la DLC vaut bien le coup avec l'introduction de nouveaux mécanismes bien intéressants et ardue. (Cthulhu nous a toujours bouffé malgré le nombre de nos tentatives à le endormir...)

Too big! 165MB how's that?? Why not split the app and data? Can't even upgrade the game now, great, paid for it when its size was reasonable, thanks for nothing...

Bon petit jeu de société Un bon petit jeu de société traduit en application. Amusant, bien qu'assez stressant avec l'ancien de base, car il est plutôt difficile. Depuis peu il y a une expansion qu'on peut acheter à trois dollars qui ajoutent deux anciens de plus, soit un ancien "facile" pour les parties courtes, et un ancien plus difficile, le fameux Cthulhu. Le graphisme est excellent, mais j'aurais aimé qu'ils mettent plus de texte dans le jeu, question de mieux nous mettre dans l'ambiance. Un monde multijoueurs par internet serait plus intéressant je trouve. À quand horreur à Arkham en application pour mobile? Allez FFG, fais-nous plaisir...

Plante sur Prime TF201 Impossible de lancer le jeu sur Prime TF201. Retour au menu permanent après avoir choisi sa team. Frustrant. Même constat après la MAJ du 5/04/2012. Impossible de passer l'ecran de selection des joueurs, retour au menu dés le lancement de la partie. Idem pour visionner les tutos vidéos...

Mais où est Cthulhu ? Sympa pour l'ambiance. Mais aurai vraiment gagné à proposer d'autres grands anciens. Trop de transitions entre les phases de jeu.
